Belica Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Crafted from the indigenous Belica (Istrian Belica) olive variety, this exceptional extra virgin olive oil represents the very essence of the Istrian terroir. Characterized by an intense green fruitiness, it reveals elegant aromas of freshly cut grass, artichoke, green almond, and tomato leaf. On the palate, it delivers a bold yet perfectly balanced bitterness and peppery finish, a hallmark of its high polyphenol content and outstanding quality.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Blend
This carefully crafted extra virgin olive oil blend combines selected olive varieties to achieve exceptional balance, harmony, and elegance. With a smooth, well-rounded fruitiness, it offers delicate notes of ripe olives, fresh herbs, and subtle almond, followed by a gentle bitterness and a refined peppery finish.
Kmetija Sirk
The family farm is located in the village of Visnjevik, in the western part of Slovenia, in the heart of the Goriska Brda wine-growing region. They proudly cultivate traditional Istrian olive varieties on sun-drenched hillsides overlooking the Adriatic.
